Step 1
Assemble all ingredients
Step 2
Place nuts into the food processor, pulse until coarse breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Add the dates, goji and cherries to the blender.
Step 4
Add the sesame paste, cacao, oils and orange zest.
Step 5
Blitz to combine.
Step 6
Allow for some coarse texture, rather than a pasty mix.
Step 7
Roll into 20g balls.
Step 8
Roll in a mix of toasted black and white sesame seeds.
Step 9
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
