Step 1

Melt butterscotch chips and butter on low- medium heat

From here on out we want to keep temperature cool enough to touch but warmer than room temperature.

Add peanut butter to melt it in.

Add mixture to Marshmallows in a large bowl and mix

Place into containers and refrigerate until firm or freeze.
