Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop onion and sauté in half the butter and olive oil until slightly translucent.



Step 2
Stir in raw rice and sauté until a little translucent.

Step 3
Deglaze with white wine.

Step 4
Gradually stir in broth until desired consistency (approx. 20 - 25 min).

Step 5
Just before the end, stir in the Parmesan cheese and the rest of the butter.


Step 6
Allow to cook through with residual heat and lid.
