Basil mayonnaise
Step 1
Chop the basil.

To a small bowl add the mayonnaise, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Cut the baguette in half. Spread both sides with olive oil. Toast until golden brown.

Slice the tomato and chop the walnuts.

Spread the bottom half of the baguette with the basil mayonnaise.

Place the arugula and tomatoes on top. Season with salt and pepper.

Then add the bresaola.

Finally add the burrata. Cut it in the middle and spread it on the bread. Drizzle on the balsamic cream and sprinkle on the walnuts.
