Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl

Preheat over 225 °C ges mark 7

Add 1 cup of Blueberrys or another fruit to the muffin batter and gently fold in

Put muffin case in to a muffin tin and fill with the muffin batter and fill any empty spaces in the tin with water.

Bake for 20 minutes

Sprinkle on some sugar and put on a cooling rack
