Instructions
Step 1
Beat chicken to make it thinner. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in fridge
Step 2
To make coating: 1. Whisk coating ingredients with fork while adding a little bit water until creating crumbles Or 2. On a plate mix coating ingredients with water until becoming solid. Grate with fork to create crumbles. Sift to prevent bigger crumbles. Bake 100c for 15 minutes
Step 3
Deep fry chicken for 6 to 8 minutes (for thicker chicken). Ensure the oil is very hot
Step 4
Cut chicken and add seasoning if preferred
