Step 1
Melt your butter
Step 2
Mix your Graham Cracker Crumbs and Butter together in a bowl
Step 3
Coat your pan or dish with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper

Press your Crust mixture into the bottom until compacted and level
Step 5
Bake crust at 375°F/ 190°C for 10-12 minutes or until edges start to turn golden brown
Step 6
While the crust is baking, Add all of the cheesecake ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Step 7
Pour mixture into pan, and tap on countertop to level
Step 8
Bake at 325°F/ 162°C for 40-45 minutes or until cheesecake passes the jiggle test
Step 9
Let cool then cover and refrigerate overnight
