Instructions
Step 1
chop onions and carrot, lightly cook, add mince and brown with 1 beef oxo cube
Step 2
once beef is browned, cover mince with water and place on simmer, continue to stir every so often
Step 3
Peel and cut potatoes for mash
Step 4
Fill separate pot with potatoes and cover with water, add salt and put on boil for 20 mins
Step 5
Once potatoes are ready to be mashed, add gravy mix to mince and stir
Step 6
Mash potatoes with butter and thickened cream
Step 7
Serve with mince on top of Mash in a bowl
