Step 1
Preheat a grill/smoker between 250 and 275. I like to smoke this with Peach and Pecan wood.
Step 2
Pat the pork tenderloin dry, and then get a real light squirt of mustard going up and down. This is simply a binder and you won't taste it at all. Generously pour rub all over.
Step 3
Smoke for about an hour, or until the pork hits about 120. Then baste the BBQ sauce on the outside. Cook further until inside is about 140 (or until your level of desired doneness is reached) Let rest for about 10 minutes.
