Instructions

Step 1
In a small brown bag, combine flour, pepper, and salt. Coat chicken pieces, one at a time,by shaking in bag.
Step 2
Reserve remainf flour mixture.
Step 3
Heat margarine and oil in a large frying pan; brown chicken.
Step 4
Cover pan, reduce heat, and cook 30-40 minutes until done.
Step 5
Remove chicken from pan; stir remaining flour ( about 2 tablespoons) into pan drippings.
Step 6
Slowly add milk and stir until gravy is thicken.
Step 7
Pour gravy over chicken before serving.
