Chocolate Brownies

🍪 This is a chocolate brownie recipe 🍪 If you have a sweet-tooth or sometimes crave for that delicious little treat - brownies can be a choice! They are simple to make and they're not going against your diet (or at least not as much as the common brownie!)

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Step 2
Line a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a small bowl or measuring cup whisk together the eggs and melted butter.
Step 4
Using another bowl,combine coconut flour, almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener and baking soda.
Step 5
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 6
Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using).
Step 7
Pour the batter into the pan and smooth evenly.
Step 8
Bake 20-25 minutes. You want the top of the brownies to be just set - don't over bake.
Step 9
Cool brownies in the pan for 10 minutes.
Step 10
Using the parchment paper, remove from pan and allow to cool on a cooling rack.

Using the parchment paper, remove from pan and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
Step 12
Cool and even put in the fridge for extra fudgy texture.

Topping

Step 13
In a small mixing bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Step 14
Using 30 second spurts, melt in the microwave. Stir between and repeat heating until completely melted.
Step 15
Drizzle topping on top of your brownie.
