Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 160 fan, prepare a 20 x 30 cm baking pan

Cook beetroot in microwave until tender
Step 3
Blitz in blender until finely chopped
Step 4
Melt butter, coconut oil and chocolate together
Step 5
Whisk eggs, coconut sugar and honey together until light and frothy
Step 6
Gently add in the beetroot and coconut oil mixture
Step 7
Lastly add in the plain flour and cocoa powder and mix to combine
Step 8
Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes
