Step 1
Combine dry ingredients

Add wet ingredients and stir with wooden spoon until combined and you are able to shape into a ball with your hands. Dough should be sticky!

Add garlic (and coriander if desired) into mix with hands

Cover and set aside for 10 mins
Step 5
Separate into individual dough balls. Sprinkle a little flour and roll out - the thinner the better! Brush both sides with olive oil.
Step 6
Heat skillet on high heat, place the dough in and allow to brown - once the dough starts to bubble and puff up its ready to turn.
Step 7
Remove from heat and brush with vegan butter.
Step 8
Serve immediately!
