Instructions
Step 1
Stir raw oats, apples and water together in a bowl.
Step 2
Stir in almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg. Stir in protein powder last.
Step 3
Top with sweetened yogurt and chopped pecans.
Step 4
For overnight oats, replace the water with milk. Stir everything together without cooking and store in the fridge overnight. Enjoy cold in the morning.
