Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Sieve flour, bicarb soda and salt into a large mixing bowl

Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy in a separate bowl

Add to that bowl the eggs, mashed bananas, milk and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add the cinnamon.

Fold in the flour mixture.
Step 6
Grease and line tins with brown paper and then pour mixture in.
Step 7
Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour. To test the banana bread insert sharp knife. It is ready if the knife comes out clean.
Step 8
Remove from the tin and allow to cool before cutting.
