Step 1
Add peaches including peach juice into pot. Bring to medium high heat. Add both sugars butter, vanilla, & cinnamon. Stir & cook approximately 10 minutes, until peaches are softened. Turn off heat.

Step 2
In a separate bowl add your corn starch and 1/3 cup of water and mix pour mixture over the peaches and mix.
Step 3
Next fill egg roll wrappers with about 2 tbsp of your mixture (do not overfill). Heat oil in fryer/pan over medium to high heat. Once oil is hot, fry each egg roll approximately 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Once done, remove from oil, place on paper towels to drain grease.
