4bananas
overripe
¼ cupcoconut oil
or vegan butter, softened
½ cupbrown sugar
packed, or brown sugar sub
½ cupnondairy milk
2 TBSground flaxseed
1 tspapple cider vinegar
1 tspbaking powder
½ tspbaking soda
salt
2 cupsall purpose flour
cinnamon
to taste
2 Tbscocoa powder
Toppings (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Coat 5-by-7 inch pan with butter/coconut oil. In large bowl mash bananas and combine rest of ingredients- folding flour in last. Bake for 40-50 mins, should be slightly springy and browned. Serve with peanut butter for extra goodness :)
