Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Brown the turkey meat with the seasonings, drain any excess fat. While the turkey browns, melt the butter and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the butter eggs, and sour cream
Step 4
Add the flour and baking powder to the wet ingredients and mix well
Step 5
Stir in the turkey and cheese
Step 6
Roll or drop the batter in 1-inch balls on the baking sheet, and bake for 18-20 minutes until slightly browned
