MATCHA BOUNTY BITES

5 steps
Prep:15min
Perfect for the holidays, these chocolate matcha truffles are a delicious, feel-good snack that are also a great little pick-me-up, thanks to the matcha. Matcha is a fantastic source of L-theanine - up to five times as much as green tea, which can improve focus and alertness whilst reducing stress. It can even counteract the anxious or jittery feelings you may get from consuming coffee. It does contain caffeine (about a third of that in coffee), so it’s best to avoid consuming it too late in the day to ensure it doesn’t impact your sleep.
