No better monday comeback than a sweet, sprinkle filled, so fluffy, no-bake Birthday Cake Batter Bite comeback🌈 In my personal opinion😋😋 I am obsessed with coconut flour in no-bake recipes, the texture is somehow CAKE but also HOW IS THIS NOT BAKED? all at once in a really really eat-at-least-3-every-time-you-open-the-tupperware good kinda way. And Let’s Do Organic Coconut Flour [ad] is the best of the fluffy no-bake best! Trust me, and try these easy little guys🍰 Recipe below… 1/4 cup (65g) almond butter (or tahini is really good too!) 1/4 cup (80g) maple syrup 3/4 cup (180g) unsweetened applesauce 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp almond extract 2/3 cup (80g) Let’s Do Organic Coconut Flour 1/4 tsp salt 2-4 tbsp almond milk 3-4 tbsp rainbow sprinkles Whisk together almond butter, maple syrup, applesauce, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Add flour, salt, and sprinkles. Mix, adding milk 1 tablespoon at a time until batter is moist and fluffy. Scoop/roll into balls. Chill 2-3 hours. Enjoy! Keep leftovers in the fridge.
