Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C. Slice the bell peppers in half and remove stem/seeds.
Step 2
Put oil in a medium-large frying pan. bring to medium-high heat. Fry beef until just browned.
Step 3
Add onion, leek and sautée for a few more minutes till the veggies start to soften. Then add garlic and sautée for one minute more.
Step 4
Fill the peppers with the mix and put on an oven tray with a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with cheese if desired and put back into oven until cheese melts.
Step 5
Top with crème fraiche if desired. Serve immediately.
