Long Potato Crunchy Fries

Prep
Step 1

Wash and Peel potatos
Step 2

Cut potatoes in half and then into fours.
Step 3

Boil potatoes until soft about 15 minutes.
Step 4

After potatoes have gotten soft mash them until smooth.
Step 5

Add the rest of the ingredients to the mashed potatoes and combine.
Step 6

Add potatoes dough to a zip lock bag ( hard to tell the size, your preference based on the thickness you want, a sandwich size or quart size.) Flatten the dough in the zipped bag making it even. Put in freezer for 30 minutes.
Fry Time
Step 7

Cut frozen potato dough into thick slices
Step 8

Add vegetable oil to a pot on high heat. Deep fry the slices until golden brown. Remove and serve.
