Instructions

Step 1
Peel and chop potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Boil in salted water until fork tender (about 10-15 min).

Combine with corn starch, parmesan, mozzarella, and salt to form a dough.

Place the dough in a plastic wrap lined tray and mold into your desired shape. Freeze for 45-60 minutes.
