Instructions

The Eggplant

Take 1 eggplant and slice it 1/2 inch thick.

Make a batter with 1/2 cup all purpose flour, red chili flakes, black pepper, salt, oregano and mix well.

put the slices in the mixture and cover it with the paste on both sides. After that, take some plain bread crumbs and roll them in it.

In a pan put some oil. put the slices in it and let it cook on Medium flame till cooked and crispy. Cook both sides. Once cooked, place these slices on the side

The Sauce

Take the tomato paste and mix with oregano, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried basil.

To Bake

in a baking dish, spray the non-stick spray and then put some Marinara sauce at the base.
