Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onions. Fry on a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, then add the garlic and continue to fry for a further 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add tomato purée and chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook on a low heat for a further 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the beans, nuts and parsley and cook for 10 more minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the dill and serve with flatbread.
