Instructions

Step 1
In a mixing bowl combine flours, chia seeds and water and let it rest for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200°C and line baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients to flour-water mix and mix until combined.
Step 4
Place mixture into baking dish and make loaf even with wet hands.
Step 5
Bake bread at 180°C for 45 minutes or until a toothpick does not come out clean.
