Here is my forever favorite bread. I make this a few times a week. So easy! No knead! Incredibly tasty homemade bread. I hope you enjoy!

Instructions
Step 1
Start with mixing warm water, sugar , active dry yeast together. Leave for 5-10 mins to activate the yeast




Step 2
Sieve into a bowl 400g flour. Add salt



Step 3
Mix the liquid part in. Add oil and combine together until smooth for about 8 mins


Step 4
Leave to rise for 15-20 mins



Step 5
Grease the dough and fold gently (watch the video instruction). Leave again for 30 mins



Step 6
After 30 mins fold again. Repeat the process 3 times in total




Step 7
Dust the baking tray and the counter.



Step 8
Put the dough and shape a loaf. Cover and leave for 30 mins to double in size.
Step 9
Dust the loaf and bake in the preheat oven at 220°C (428°F) for 20-25 mins
