Instructions
Step 1
Preheat 350
Step 2
Melt butter in microwave & add brown sugar, stir till mixed.
Step 3
Pour butter/sugar mix into bottom of 9 x 13 pan, spread.

Beat eggs, milk, & vanilla (can add 1 Tbsp powdered sugar)
Step 5
Lay single layer of Texas Toast in pan
Step 6
Spoon 1/2 of egg mixture on bread layer (can sprinkle cinnamon & sugar)
Step 7
Add 2nd layer of Texas Toast, spoon on remaining egg mixture (can spread thin layer of butter & top with cinnamon sugar)
Step 8
(Optional) Cover & chill in fridge overnight.
Step 9
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (covered for the first 30 minutes).
Step 10
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with warm maple syrup.
