Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
In medium saucepan, add blueberries, water, lemon juice, half cup sugar, and half cup flour over medium low heat.
Step 3
Cook for 10-20 minutes, stirring frequently so bottom doesn’t burn, until blueberry filling is warm. (If using fresh berries, you will most likely need less water.)
Step 4
Pour blueberry filling over uncooked pie shell.
Step 5
In food processor, pulse whole cup of flour with butter, oats, remaining sugar, and heavy dash of cinnamon until thoroughly crumbled.
Step 6
Pour crumble mixture over the top of the blueberry filling, evenly distributing over the top.
Step 7
Sprinkle more cinnamon over the crumble topping.
Step 8
Bake in preheated over for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly.
Step 9
Let cool for 10 minutes, and serve with fresh whipped cream.
