Instructions
Step 1
Heat Vegetable Oil to ~ 325°
Step 2
Season 2/3 cups of flour and corn meal mixture
Step 3
Whisk together 1/3 cup flour and beer
Step 4
Flour, dredge, flour/cornmeal
Step 5
Fry about 75 seconds in batches
