Instructions

Step 1
Wash and slice tomatoes. Discard ends. Heat oil in pan.
Step 2
Mix flour & corn meal together and season. Mix egg and milk. Season sliced tomatoes.
Step 3
Dip in breading first then then batter and then breading again before dipping in oil. Cook each side until golden brown. Serve with hot sauce or remoulade.
