Instructions
Step 1
Beat egg whites with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
Step 2
Sift in the first half of the powdered sugar and beat until combined.
Step 3
Sift in the rest of the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch/flour and beat until nice and smooth.
Step 4
Beat in the melted chocolate chips until combined.
Step 5
Fold in the whole chocolate chips.
Step 6
Refrigerate mix for 1 hour and preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 7
Create tbsp size cookies and roll each into a ball.
Step 8
Roll each ball in the powdered sugar set aside for topping (make sure they're fully covered).
Step 9
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes (they should be puffy and cracked).
