1 cupbone broth
1.5 Tsalt
1 tonion powder
6garlic cloves
1 tspturmeric
½ tsppowdered ginger
½ tspcayenne

0.5 lbbeef liver
pureed in a food processor or blendr

2 tgarlic powder
2 tdried thyme
2 tdried sage
1 ½ cupflour

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix until everything is incorporated. Wet hands, shape into balls (around 24), and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 22-25 minutes (check the center for pink). Put finished meatballs into a large bowl and top with the sauce, stirring gently to combine.

Step 2
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let thicken. Stir occasionally until reduced to about half the original amount (may take around 15-20 mins, depending on how thick you’d like the sauce). The sauce will thicken a bit more as it cools. Pour over meatballs and enjoy!
