Step 1
Start by chopping the onions and peppers. Add to a frying pan sprayed with low calorie cooking spray, along with the vegetarian chicken pieces (or whatever you're using) and sweetcorn. Fry until it looks...fried!Meanwhile, prepare the stock by adding to it the pineapple (optional), vinegar, sauces, granulated sweetener and tinned tomatoes. Mix it up and add to the frying pan.Let the mixture boil down for a good 20 minutes or so, this will give it chance to thicken up a little and taste even better.That's about it! Best served with rice, or just as good on it's own. Enjoy!
