Instructions
Step 1
Mix together all dry ingredients
Step 2
Add milk and canola oil, adding up to 1/3 cup more milk if needed.
Step 3
Once everything is about half combined, add blueberries and finish mixing dough using spoon
Step 4
Shape dough on flat, floured surface into scone shapes (circles or triangles). This recipe makes 16-20.
Step 5
Cook at 450 Fahrenheit for 13-16 min or until there is a light golden brown color just beginning to form on top.
Step 6
While cooking, whisk lemon juice and powdered sugar together in separate bowl.
Step 7
After scones come out of oven, drizzle glaze lightly on each scone while still hot
Step 8
Serve with crème fraiche if desired
