Ingredients

1 lbground meat
0.5onion
chopped
1 x 8 ozSliced bamboo shoot
can, chopped
1 Tbspsesame oil
roasted sesame seeds
1Boston lettuce
2green onions
sliced
1mini red pepper
sliced
2 Tbspcilantro
chopped
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the Boston lettuce and dry them on a paper towel. Prepare the vegetable as listed in the ingredients.
Step 2
Combine sauce ingredients and mix in a small bowl and set it aside.
Step 3
Add ground meat (no oil) on medium-high heat in a large pan, and cook until the ground meat is no longer pink. Then transfer the cooked meat to another plate, and set it aside.
Step 4
Add chopped onion and bamboo shoots in the same pan and saute until softened. Return the ground meat, add sauce and cook for a minute.
Step 5
Pour sesame oil and sesame seed. Scope the meat by spoon and place it on the lettuce leaf.
Step 6
Sprinkle chopped onion, chopped cilantro, and sliced red pepper on top.
