Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken until tender in 4 cups of water. Cut into small pieces. Skim fat off of chicken broth.
Step 2
Saute onion and celery in butter over medium heat until tender.
Step 3
Add to chicken and broth. Heat to boiling without lid. Break spaghetti into pieces and add to broth. Simmer 10 minutes, or until spaghetti is tender.
Step 4
Add evaporated milk, mushrooms, soup, and pimento. Simmer and stir frequently about 20 minutes.
