quick delicious chicken fajitas grilled. great for a quick lunch. best when prepared ahead and allowed to marinate but not necessary.

Step 1
food can be cooked right away for marinated for up to 24 hours
Prepare the food
Step 2
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT tortillas into a bowl and mix
Step 3
Cover bowl and place in refrigerator. Every 2-4 hours stir bowl. Can be left in Fridge for up to 24 hours depending on how long chicken has been defrosted. chicken should only be left thawed in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Day of cook
Step 4
Heat grill to high heat.
Step 5
Empty bowl onto preheated grill and cook stir every few minutes until chicken is fully cooked (165 deg F) and has slight charing
Step 6
Remove fajitas from grill and cover while cooking tortillas
Tortillas
Step 7
Cook tortillas one at a time on grill 30-60 seconds on each side. Be careful not to let them burn
