Step 1
Soak rice for 10min
Step 2
Heat large skillet over medium heat. Toast rice, remove
Step 3
Add oil, onions and garlic and sauté until soft
Step 4
Add toasted rice, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Add tomato paste and seasonings. Bring to boil.
Step 6
Cover rice and reduce to simmer. Simmer for 25 minutes with lid on.
