Instructions

Step 1
Add oil to your pan over medium high heat. Add rice and toast for a few minutes until golden brown
Step 2
Stir in your chopped onion, chicken bullion, tomato sauce, and broth. Bring the pan to a boil.
Step 3
Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cover with the lid. Cook for 18 minutes.
Step 4
Once the timer goes off, fluff the rice with a fork and sprinkle some fresh cilantro and serve.
