Instructions

Step 1
Boil squash and onion in salted water for 5 min. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots. Fold in squash. Pour melted butter over stuffing mix. Spread 1/2 of stuffing on bottom of baking dish. Spoon vegetables on stuffing. Sprinkle with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
