Instructions

Step 1
Add the onion to a pan with a little oil and cook over medium heat until soft and golden.
Step 2
Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper and cook until tender.
Step 3
Crush the feta cheese into your spinach and mix well.
Step 4
Layering: Finish with 1 layer of shredded mozzarella, 1 layer of white spinach, and another layer of shredded mozzarella.
Step 5
Add a generous amount of butter on the pan. When it melts, add the sandwich and fry over low heat until golden brown. Add a little more butter if needed.
