Instructions

Step 1
1. In mixer, place the flour, xanthum gum, baking powder, baking soda and pysllium husks and mix well.

2. Place the yeast in the microwaved warm water with the sugar and leave for 5 minutes to froth slightly.

3. I’m a medium sized bowl, mix almond milk, eggs, evoo, lemon juice together.
Step 4
4. After 5 minutes or double the size, add the yeast mixture to the wet ingredients and combine with the dry in food processor.

5. Beat well to form a moist slightly sticky dough. Stir in the seeds if using.
Step 6
6. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with cling and proof for 1 hour to rise.
Step 7
7. Divide the mixture into 8 pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a lightly greased parchment paper baking tray.
Step 8
8. Return to proof 30 minutes to rise.
Step 9
9. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F. Brush the rolls with beaten egg or almond milk then sprinkle with seeds if wished.
Step 10
10. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 11
11. Allow to cool on a baking tray.
