Instructions
Step 1
To warm the milk put for 60 sec in the microwave. Mix the yeast ingredients and let it rest for 5 min.
Step 2
Mix all slowly until not stick anymore, rest for 30min, punch the dough and rest again for 1 hour.
Step 3
Shape bread, rest for 1:30 hour.
Step 4
Paint (Oatly/Naturli/vanilla/powder-sugar mix).
Step 5
Bake 180°C for 30min.
