Instructions
Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Cook the onions and garlic for 2 minutes until sizzling and fragrant.

Add in the chopped chorizo and continue to cook until the chorizo begins to brown slightly.

Pour in the chopped tomatoes, dried oregano and cooked pasta. Stir to combine evenly.
