Instructions
Step 1
In a stand mixer add in water,sugar, yeast,flour,salt,egg and mix for 4 minutes then you go in with butter and further knead for 7 minutes ( you can do this by hand too)

Meanwhile mix brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside
Step 3
Next roll your dough out and spread with butter and sprinkle the sugar mix.
Step 4
Next cut them into square shape according to you pan size and arrange them in (watch video)
Step 5
Next cover and a let rest for an hours & half
Step 6
Next bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes in 180c
Step 7
Take out slow to cool for 5 minutes & Enjoy.
