Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425F, line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil & also lightly grease with oil, set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, add prepared brussles sprouts, olive oil, garlic, seasonings, parmesan & toss together until evenly coated. Spread out evenly on the lined sheet pan, sprinkle with a little more olive oil & bake for 15-20 minutes (stirring halfway in between) or until brussles are fork tender / cheese has caramelized. TIP: if you want them extra crispy, broil on high for 1-2 minutes keeping an eye out so they don’t burn!
Step 3
Serve brussles in a large bowl, drizzle with hot honey & keep some on the side for others to add more. ENJOY!
