Instructions
Step 1
Mix yeast and water until yeast blooms. Add flour and salt.
Step 2
Let rise 2 hours. Can go in the fridge for a couple days. Bake 500 degrees for 6-7 min.
Step 3
the stone needs to be at 500 for at least 30 minutes after the preheat is done.
Step 4
Rise on the counter loosely covered. Stores in the fridge up to 2 weeks loosely covered.
Step 5
Roll dough thinly (1/2 - 1/4 inches thick) on top of some corn meal
Step 6
Makes 4-6 pizzas
