Extremely MACRO FRIENDLY!! This smoky chicken is the perfect meal prep method. The chipotle peppers taste better as the chicken has time to sit in the spice. All you'll need is a blender and an air fryer to cook them! Fool proof, east for beginners.

Instructions
Step 1
Blend one can of chipotle pepper (use less peppers to turn down the heat)
Step 2
Rub garlic powder, blended chipotle sauce, and juice of one lime onto chicken thighs
Step 3
Place in air fryer at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4
Flip and turn air fryer to 400-425 degrees for 3 minutes to get a nice char.
Step 5
Chop, and enjoy! Or cool down and place in meal prep container with cilantro lime white rice.
