Instructions

Step 1
Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally to form 2 thin fillets. Rub seasoning all over both sides of the chicken
Step 2
Heat 2Tbs of olive oil in a large fry pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and cut each in half crossways.
Step 3
Meanwhile toss coleslaw with dressing from kit in a bowl until combined.
Step 4
Top the bread roll base with coleslaw and 2 pieces of chicken and serve.
